Organizational Reboot Series (ORS): A Four-Part-Series: Assessment, Strategic Planning, Branding & Marketing, Implementation

In today’s economy, nonprofits need to think and plan like a business. Faced with diminished government funding and across the board spending cuts, nonprofits are focused on survival, never able to achieve their original mission. In response to this great need, the Organizational Reboot Series (ORS) was created to up-level your organizational strategy for excellence in the face of numerous challenges.

The ORS series is given as a comprehensive four part series and will provide the necessary tools to take your organization from a ground floor assessment to a high-level model of implementation. This course has received rave reviews from clients and provides non-profits a dynamic opportunity to attend a simulated “mini-business school” to learn valuable tools to drive their organizations forward. The ORS series includes an in-depth educational process where each participant will leave with a concrete business plan incorporating the following:

  • Assessment
  • Strategic Planning
  • Branding & Marketing
  • Implementation
