Managing Up is a skill-based interactive workshop that will give leaders and managers the leading edge tools to accelerate their unique talents, explore new ways of working and lead themselves, staff and community to the next level of greatness. Discover innovative solutions to seemingly “stuck” organizational situations. Managing Up will be conducted as an interactive all day training session using case studies, role-plays, improvisational games, and theory based practicum.
