Fiscal Management I and II

This two course series will cover financial management requirements for organizations that receive funding from the Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD). Through lectures and hands-on worksheet practice you will learn to prepare an organization budget, maintain and track budgets, and prepare budget modifications as well as how to be audit ready in all financial areas. Additionally, you will learn the allocations of expenses and salaries as well as the financial report to work from in preparation of the PERS.
