Gallup’s research reveals that only 12% of people in the workplace utilize their strengths “most of the time.” Combine this with today’s economic instability and increasingly more employees remain unhappy in dissatisfying positions they are afraid to leave. It’s no surprise that productivity is severely diminished and the ability to run an effective, constructive and empowered workplace is nothing short of priceless. In response to this epidemic, the NPHD created a Talent Management Uptick (TMU) Solution which: identifies and utilizes employees strengths, positively impacts employee motivation, manages around individual deficiencies and restores passion and performance within the workplace.

A guide to improve your knowledge, skills and practice in unlocking the potential in others.

Professional success, more often than not, means becoming a manager. Yet nobody prepared you for having to deal with the role of dealing with varying personalities, conflict resolution, and emotional well being – all the while achieving ever-greater goals and meeting deadlines. The goal of truly effective management is to accomplish work through the collaborative efforts of others . This requires a multitude of teambuilding skills and personal insight. A good self-manager is a flexible leader who can adapt their style to meet the needs of the individual, as well as build teams where the productivity of the whole is greater than the parts.
This program consists of five 3-hour sessions and is designed to empower managers to develop the adaptive skills necessary to create and cultivate productive work teams. Training modules move beyond management theory and provide practical models for effective management: managing differences (behavior and cultural differences); situational leadership; solutions for performance management; creating an environment that adapts to changing demands; conflict resolution; and building high performing teams.
