The NonProfit HelpDesk offers workshops that address a full-scope of technology and fiscal management issues. Our engaging and customized trainings are available on-site for individuals or small groups. Popular subjects include training in Excel, Quickbooks, Access and Web 2.0.

We have recently partnered with Brooklyn College to offer comprehensive courses that culminate in certification in basic and advanced bookkeeping. These courses are open to the public, and no –cost for contractors with the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development or grantees of the New York Foundation.
